Common use of Academic Program Clause in Contracts

Academic Program. The Charter School shall operate the academic program in DFFRUGDQFH ZLWK WKLV $JUHHPHQW WKH &KDUWHU 6FKRRO federal law, including providing at least the same equivalent time of instruction as other public schools and complying with assessment and accountability laws and rules (T.C.A. § 49-13-111). If the Charter School is performing below standards, the Authorizer may review the academic program.
