Common use of Absorption of the Company Clause in Contracts

Absorption of the Company. In case of absorption of the Company by another company, this agreement will automatically be applicable to the securities of the absorbing Company issued to the Parties in exchange for their securities of the Company. In such case, the term “Company” used in this agreement will refer to the absorbing company.
