Common use of Absence of Labor Disputes Clause in Contracts

Absence of Labor Disputes. No strikes, boycotts, work stoppages or lockouts with respect to any of the Obligors exist, and no Obligor has received written notice, sanctioned by any collective bargaining unit representing employees of such Obligor, threatening a strike, boycott or work stoppage.

Absence of Labor Disputes.
