Common use of Absence of Labor Disputes Clause in Contracts

Absence of Labor Disputes. No labor problem or dispute with the employees of Services Company or the Partnership Entities exists or, to the knowledge of the General Partner or the Partnership, is threatened or imminent, and neither the General Partner nor the Partnership is aware of any existing or imminent labor disturbance by the employees of any of its or its subsidiaries’ principal suppliers, contractors or customers, that in any such case could have a Material Adverse Effect.

No labor problem or dispute with the employees of Services Company or the Partnership Entities exists or, to the knowledge of the General Partner or the Partnership, is threatened or imminent, and neither the General Partner nor the Partnership is aware of any existing or imminent labor disturbance by the employees of any of its or its subsidiaries’ principal suppliers, contractors or customers, that in any such case could have a Material Adverse Effect.

No labor problem or dispute with the employees of Services Company or any of the Partnership Entities Companies exists or, to the knowledge of the General Partner or the PartnershipPartner, is threatened or imminent, and neither the General Partner nor the Partnership is not aware of any existing or imminent labor disturbance by the employees of any of its or its subsidiaries’ the principal suppliers, contractors manufacturers, customers or customers, that in contrac- tors of the Partnership or any such case could of its subsidiaries which would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
