Common use of Absence of Labor Dispute Clause in Contracts

Absence of Labor Dispute. No labor dispute with the employees of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, or with the employees of any principal supplier, manufacturer, customer or contractor of the Company, exists or, to the knowledge of the Company, is threatened or imminent, which would reasonably be expected, individually or in the aggregate, to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Absence of Labor Dispute. No labor dispute with the employees of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, or with the employees of any principal supplier, manufacturer, customer or contractor of the Company, subsidiaries exists or, to the knowledge of the CompanyCompany and the Operating Partnership, is threatened or imminent, which would reasonably be expectedexpected to, individually singly or in the aggregate, to have result in a Material Adverse Effect.

Absence of Labor Dispute. No labor dispute with the employees of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, or with the employees of any principal supplier, manufacturer, customer or contractor of the Company, subsidiaries exists or, to the actual knowledge of the CompanyCompany after due inquiry, is threatened or imminent, which would reasonably be expectedwhich, individually in any such case, would, singly or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have result in a Material Adverse Effect.

Absence of Labor Dispute. No labor dispute with the employees of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, or with the employees of any principal supplier, manufacturer, customer or contractor of the Company, Controlled Entity (A) exists or, (B) to the knowledge of the Company, is threatened imminent that, in either case of (A) or imminent(B) above, which would reasonably be expected, individually or in the aggregate, to could have a Material Adverse Effect.;

No labor disturbance by or dispute with the employees of the Company or any of its subsidiariesaffiliates that are dedicated to the Company’s business or, or with to the employees of any principal supplier, manufacturer, customer or contractor knowledge of the Company, any of the Thunder Entities, exists or, to the knowledge of the Company, is threatened or imminent, which imminent that would reasonably be expected, individually or in the aggregate, expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

No labor dispute with the employees of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, or with the employees of any principal supplier, manufacturer, customer or contractor of the Company, Subsidiaries exists or, to the knowledge of the Company, is threatened or imminentthreatened, which would reasonably be expectedwhich, in either case, individually or in the aggregate, to have would result in a Material Adverse Effect.

(A) No labor dispute with the employees of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, or with the employees of any principal supplier, manufacturer, customer or contractor of the Company, Subsidiary exists or, to the knowledge of the Company, is threatened or imminent, which and (B) the Company is not aware of any existing or imminent labor disturbance by the employees of any of its or any Subsidiary’s principal suppliers, manufacturers, customers or contractors, which, in the case of (A) or (B), would reasonably be expected, individually or expected to result in the aggregate, to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Absence of Labor Dispute. No labor dispute with the employees of the Company or any of its subsidiariessubsidiaries or, or with to the employees of any principal supplier, manufacturer, customer or contractor knowledge of the CompanyCompany and other than as set forth in the Target Disclosures, Target or any of its subsidiaries exists or, to the knowledge of the Company, is threatened or imminent, which would reasonably be expectedimminent that could, individually or in the aggregate, to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Absence of Labor Dispute. (A) No material labor problem or material dispute with the employees of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, or with the employees of any principal supplier, manufacturer, customer or contractor of the Company, exists or, to the knowledge of the Company’s knowledge, is threatened or imminent, which and (B) the Company is not aware of any existing, threatened or imminent labor disturbance by the employees of any of its principal suppliers, manufacturers or contractors that would be reasonably be expected, individually or in the aggregate, likely to have a Material Adverse Effect. The Company is not aware that any key employee or significant group of employees of the Company plans to terminate employment with the Company.

Absence of Labor Dispute. No labor dispute with the employees of either of the Company or Transaction Entities, any of its subsidiaries, their respective subsidiaries or with the employees of any principal supplier, manufacturer, customer or contractor of the Company, Manager exists or, to the knowledge of the CompanyTransaction Entities, is threatened or imminent, and neither of the Transaction Entities is aware of any existing or imminent labor disturbance by the employees of any of the principal suppliers, manufacturers, customers or contractors of the Transaction Entities, any of their respective subsidiaries or the Manager which would reasonably be expected, individually or in the aggregate, to have result in a Material Adverse Effect.

Absence of Labor Dispute. No labor dispute with the employees of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, or with the employees of any principal supplier, manufacturer, customer or contractor of the Company, subsidiaries exists or, to the knowledge of the Company, is threatened or imminent, except which would reasonably be expected, individually or in the aggregate, to have result in a Material Adverse Effect.

Absence of Labor Dispute. No material labor dispute with the employees of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, subsidiaries or with the employees of any principal supplier, manufacturer, customer or contractor of the Company, variable interest entities exists or, to the best knowledge of the Company, is threatened or imminent. Each of the Company, which would reasonably be expectedits subsidiaries and variable interest entities is and has been at all times in compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations in all material respects, individually and no governmental investigation or in the aggregateproceedings with respect to labor law compliance exists, or, to have a Material Adverse Effectthe best knowledge of the Company, is threatened or imminent.

No labor disturbance by or dispute with the employees of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, or with the employees of any principal supplier, manufacturer, customer or contractor of the Company, Subsidiary exists or, to the knowledge of the Company, is threatened or imminent, which would reasonably be expected, individually or expected to result in the aggregate, to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Absence of Labor Dispute. No labor dispute with the employees of the Company, any of its subsidiaries or, to the knowledge of the Company Parties, Indigo Resources or any of its subsidiaries, or with the employees of any principal supplier, manufacturer, customer or contractor of the Company, subsidiaries exists or, to the knowledge of the CompanyCompany Parties, is threatened imminent, and the Company is not aware of any existing or imminentimminent labor disturbance by the employees of any of its or any subsidiary’s or Indigo Resources’ or its subsidiaries’ principal suppliers, manufacturers, customers or contractors, which would reasonably be expected, individually or in the aggregate, to have result in a Material Adverse Effect.
