Common use of Absence of Certain Relationships Clause in Contracts

Absence of Certain Relationships. There is no relationship, direct or indirect, between or among the Company or any of its subsidiaries on the one hand, and the directors, officers, stockholders, customers or suppliers of the Company or any of the subsidiaries on the other hand, which is required by the 1933 Act and the 1933 Act Regulations to be described in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package or the Prospectus and which is not so described. The Company has not, directly or indirectly, including through any subsidiary, extended or maintained credit, arranged for the extension of credit, or renewed an extension of credit, in the form of a personal loan to or for any executive officer or director of the Company. Except as disclosed in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, the Company has no lending or other commercial relationship with any affiliate of any Underwriter and the Company will not use any of the proceeds from the sale of the Securities to repay any indebtedness owed to any affiliate of any Underwriter.
