Common use of ABSENCE FROM DUTY Clause in Contracts

ABSENCE FROM DUTY. An Employee (other than an Employee who has given or received notice in accordance with Clause 13 Termination hereof), not attending for duty shall, lose their pay for the actual time of such non- attendance.
