Common use of ABR Loans Clause in Contracts

ABR Loans. The Company hereby agrees promptly to pay any Lender, upon its demand, any additional amounts necessary to compensate such Lender for any costs incurred by such Lender in making any conversion in accordance with this subsection 5.19 including, but not limited to, any interest or fees payable by such Lender to lenders of funds obtained by it in order to make or maintain its Eurodollar Loans hereunder (such Lender's notice of such costs, as certified to the Company through the Administrative Agent, to be conclusive absent manifest error).

The Company Borrower hereby agrees promptly to pay any Lender, upon its demand, any additional amounts necessary to compensate such Lender for any costs incurred by such Lender in making any conversion in accordance with this subsection 5.19 4.17 including, but not limited to, any interest or fees payable by such Lender to lenders of funds obtained by it in order to make or maintain its Eurodollar Loans hereunder (such Lender's ’s notice of such costs, as certified to the Company Borrower through the Administrative Agent, to be conclusive absent manifest error).
