About the Card. The Card is a prepaid card. The Card is not a credit card. The Card is not a gift card, nor is it intended to be used for gifting purposes. The funds in your Card Account will be insured to the maximum coverage limit provided by the FDIC, through the Issuer, once we have been able to verify your identity. The Card is and will at all times remain the property of the Issuer and must be surrendered upon demand. The Card is nontransferable, may not be resold, and may be canceled, repossessed, or revoked at any time without prior notice subject to applicable law. You agree to sign each Card immediately upon receipt. You agree to only use the Card for personal, family, or household purposes. We may refuse to process any transaction that we believe may violate the terms of this Agreement or applicable law. All dollar amounts stated herein are in U.S. Dollars (“USD”) unless expressly stated otherwise. The Card is not offered in all states. Refer to the table below for a current list of states where the Card is not offered. If you are located in or move to a state where we do not offer the Card, we may close your Card Account and return any Balance to you as permitted by applicable law. the funds loaded to your Card Account minus any pending loads or pending authorizations, minus funds spent or withdrawn from the Card Account and minus any and all applicable fees. If your Available Balance is insufficient to cover any transaction amount or any transaction fee(s) assessed or both, the transaction may be declined. If you use your Card Number without presenting your Card (such as for a mail order, telephone, or online purchase), the legal effect will be the same as if you used the Card itself.

About the Card. The Card is a prepaid card and is connected only to the Card Account. The Card is not a credit card. Neither the Card nor the Card Account constitutes a checking, savings or other bank account. You will not receive any interest on your funds on the Card. You may not resell or transfer the Card. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, even if we are open. Customer Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You must be 18 years of age to obtain the Card, unless your state of residence is Alabama or Nebraska. If you reside in either Alabama or Nebraska, you must be at least 19 years of age to obtain the Card. If you reside in Puerto Rico, you must be at least 21 years of age to obtain the Card.
About the Card. The card is a prepaid debit card and is not a device that accesses money in an individual checking or savings account and does not earn interest. You may reload additional amounts onto your card. The card is not a credit card or a charge card that allows you to make purchases or obtain advances and pay later. Amounts that you load or reload on a card are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) up to the maximum amount provided by applicable law (currently $250,000 per depositor). In order to ensure that you receive FDIC deposit insurance coverage on amounts that you load on your card, you must keep your contact information up to date with us. You acknowledge and agree that we maintain all amounts that are loaded on all cards issued by us in one aggregate account in our name as custodian for all holders of cards. That means that amounts you load on your card are commingled with amounts loaded on other cards by other customers. If we are unable to verify your identity or confirm that you can lawfully enter into and form contracts under applicable law, we will return to you the amount loaded on your card and any fees you paid or, at our option, allow you to use a temporary card until the balance on the temporary card is $0. If you falsify, misrepresent, or fail to provide requested information, we may cancel your card. In addition, funds tied to potentially illicit or illegal activity may be subject to both internal and potential federal investigation, which may delay their immediate access.
