ABN AMRO BANK N. V., whose registered address is at Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx 00, 0000 XX Xxxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx acting through its office at Xxxxxxxxxx 00, 0000 XX Xxxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx (the “Lender”).
ABN AMRO BANK N. V., acting as agent through its office at Xxxxxxxxxxxx 00, 0000 XX Xxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx (in that capacity, the "Agent"); and
ABN AMRO BANK N. V. Singapore Branch, acting through its office at 00 Xxxxxxx Xxxx, #00-00 Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx 000000 as agent for Sinosure (in that capacity, the “Sinosure Agent”); and
ABN AMRO BANK N. V. as agent of the other Finance Parties (the “Agent”). IT IS AGREED as follows:

V., Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx 00, 0000 XX Xxxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx, BNP PARIBAS, 00, Xxxxxxxxx xxx Xxxxxxxx, 00000 Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, DNB BANK ASA, Dronning Xxxxxxxx xxxx 00, XX-0000 Xxxx, Xxxxxx and NORDEA BANK FINLAND PLC, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx katu 9, FIN-00020 Nordea, Helsinki, Finland, as original hedging banks (the “Original Hedging Banks”);
ABN AMRO BANK N. V., acting as swap provider through its office at Xxxxxxxxxx 00, 0000 XX Rotterdam, The Netherlands (in that capacity, the "Swap Provider"); and
ABN AMRO BANK N. V., a public company (naamloze vennootschap) organised under the laws of the Netherlands and established in Amsterdam, the Netherlands; and
ABN AMRO BANK N. V., a company limited by shares (naamloze vennootschap), incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands, having its seat (statutaire zetel) in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and registered with the Xxxxxxxx of Commerce (Kamers van Koophandel) under number 34334259, as pledgee (the Pledgee); and
