Ability to Bear Economic Risk. The Guarantor acknowledges that investment in the Securities involves a high degree of risk. The Guarantor is able, without materially impairing its financial condition, to hold the Securities for an indefinite period of time and to suffer a complete loss of its investment. Neither the Securities and Exchange Commission nor any state securities commission has approved any of the Securities or passed upon or endorsed the merits of the offering of the Securities by the Company.
