By accessing and/or using the Software, API and/or the App, you affirm that you are over 18 years of age and authorized to agree and accept these Terms and/or enter into Subscription Agreement on behalf of the Customer entity you represent and in relation to the Team and Team Members of any age.

If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, then you must review this Agreement with your parent or guardian before visiting or using the Site to make sure that you and your parent or guardian understand this Agreement and agrees to them.
Ability to Accept. You represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to enter into this Agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of an entity, you further represent that you are authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of such entity.
Ability to Accept. By installing the App you affirm that you are either (i) a Parent of a Child (both as defined below); or (ii) over thirteen (13) years of age. If you are a child under the age of thirteen (13) (“Child”), your parent or legal guardian (“Parent”) will be required to create an Account (as defined below) for you as well consent to the use of the App by you. If you are the Parent of a Child, please provide us at: xxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx with your email address and telephone number when opening an account for your Child, so that we can contact you and obtain your consent for the use of the App by your Child. If you are a user over the age of thirteen (13) years of age but under the age of eighteen (18) years then, prior to installing the App, you must first review this Agreement with your Parent to make sure that you and your Parent understand its terms and conditions and agree to them. If we become aware of a violation of this Section 1, we reserve the right to suspend the infringing account without limiting our remedies in law or equity.
Ability to Accept. No one under 18 is allowed to create an account or use the App. By installing the App you affirm that you are over eighteen (18) years of age. We reserve the right to delete any data or Account that we suspect is related to a person that is under the age of 18. The App is intended for use by individuals, for their personal, non-commercial use only, and is not intended for any use (and shall not be used) by any person or entity, including without limitation, any corporation, partnership, or other business or any non-profit organization or other entity, or any person acting on behalf of any of the foregoing. By using the App you hereby confirm and represent that you are an individual user making use of the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. To enable use of the App, we need information about you, and we only use your information where we have a legal basis to do so. Please refer to our Privacy Policy at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/ (“Privacy Policy”) to help you understand what information we collect, how we use it and what choices you have when you use our App. Furthermore, you must provide certain devices, software, and data connections to use our App, all of which we do not supply. In order to use our App, you consent to manually or automatically download and install updates to our App. You also consent to our sending you notifications from time to time, as necessary, so that we may provide the App, such App updates, and our related services to you.
