Abandonment of Premises. If the property becomes vacant during the term of this lease, and if at the time of the vacancy Tenant are in default in the payment of any installment of rent, then the rent for the entire term shall become at once due and payable and Landlord may proceed to collect rent for said entire premises, with or without process of law, to take possession thereof, to remove any and all property there from and store as required by law, to lease the premises as agent of Tenant, and to apply the proceeds received from such letting toward the payment of Tenant' rent under this lease; such re-entry and re-letting shall not discharge Tenant from liability for rent, nor from any other obligation under the terms of this lease.

Abandonment of Premises. Tenant agrees not to abandon or vacate the Premises during the Term of this Lease. If Tenant does abandon or vacate the Premises for more than ninety (90) days, Landlord may terminate this Lease, by written notice to Tenant at any time prior to Tenant reoccupying the Premises, but such termination shall not entitle Landlord to pursue any other remedies unless an uncured Event of Default then exists, in which case Landlord may pursue any and all remedies provided by this Lease, at law or in equity.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent Landlord or Tenant from negotiating a termination of this Lease.

Abandonment of Premises. If Tenant defaults in the performance of any Lease obligation, Landlord may, at Landlord’s sole option, terminate this Agreement or terminate Tenant’s right to possession of Premises. If Landlord opts to terminate Tenant’s right to possession without terminating this Agreement, Tenant shall remain liable for all rent that accrues until the end of the lease term or until Landlord re-leases Premises, whichever comes first.
Abandonment of Premises. Xxxxxx agrees to notify Landlord of any anticipated absence by all Tenant(s) from Premises of more than 7 days. If all Tenants abandon the Premises for more than 10 days without notice to Landlord, Landlord may choose to rent Premises to another tenant, hold Tenant responsible for the difference in unpaid rent, and the cost of removing Xxxxxx’s personal property.
