A321 Aircraft any or all of the Original A321 Aircraft and the New A321 Aircraft. A321 Airframe — any or all of the A321 Original Aircraft and A321 New Aircraft, excluding the A321 Propulsion System therefor. A321 CFM Propulsion System – the two (2) CFM56-5B3 CFM International powerplants to be installed on an A321 Aircraft at delivery, each composed of the powerplant (but limited to the equipment, components, parts and accessories included in the powerplant), that have been sold to the Seller by CFM International, but specifically not including a nacelle and thrust reverser for each such powerplant.

A321 Aircraft an A321 aircraft to be sold by the Seller and purchased by the Buyer pursuant to this Agreement, including the A321 Airframe and all components, equipment, parts and accessories installed in or on such aircraft and the A321 Propulsion System installed thereon upon Delivery. A321 Standard Specification – the A321 standard specification document number [***], which includes a maximum take-off weight (MTOW) of [***], a maximum landing weight (MLW) of [***] and a maximum zero fuel weight (MZFW) of [***], a copy of which is annexed hereto as Exhibit A-3. Irrevocable SCNs means the list of SCNs, which are irrevocably part of the A319 NEO specification, A320 NEO specification or the A321 NEO Specification, as applicable, as set forth in Appendix 1 to Exhibit A-1, Appendix 1 to Exhibit A-2 and Appendix 1 to Exhibit A-3, respectively.
A321 Aircraft. 6.1 The Amendment 7 A321 Aircraft will be deemed an Aircraft as defined under the Agreement and the Amendment 7 A321 Propulsion Systems will be deemed Propulsion Systems or A321 Propulsion Systems (as the situation requires), each as defined in the Agreement for all definitional purposes but only for the purposes of the following provisions, exhibits and letter agreements; provided however, in cases where the Agreement specifically refers to the A319 Aircraft in those provisions, such term will be deemed to also include the Amendment 7 A321 Aircraft.
