(e) Upon the Withdrawal of any Member, including pursuant to clauses (a), (b), (c) and (d) above, such Member shall thereupon cease to be a Member, shall not have any rights of a Member (including voting rights) with respect to such Member’s Shares and shall not be entitled to any distribution in respect of such Member’s Interest pursuant to Section 18-604 of the LLC Act, and such Member’s Shares shall be cancelled, except as otherwise expressly provided herein. (f) The withdrawal from the Company of any Member shall not, in and of itself, affect the obligations of the other Members to continue the Company during the remainder of its term. (g) Notwithstanding that a Majority in Interest of Class A Members has taken action to cause a Member to Withdraw pursuant to Section 7.2(b) or a majority of Class B Members has taken action to cause a Member to Withdraw pursuant to Section 7.2(c), if, following such Withdrawal, such Member has either Class A or Class B Shares outstanding, such Member shall not cease to be a Member and such Member’s Shares shall be cancelled only to the extent of the relevant class. 7.3 Consequences to the Company upon Withdrawal of a Member.
