(a) - Full-Time Position with the Union. Upon application by the Union, in writing, the Hospital shall grant leave of absence, without pay, to an employee elected or appointed to full-time Union office. It is understood that no more than one (1) employee in the bargaining unit may be on such leave at the same time. Such leave shall be for a period of one (1) calendar year from the date of appointment unless extended for a further specific period by agreement of the parties. Seniority shall accumulate for employees during such leave on the basis of what his normal regular hours of work would have been. Service shall accumulate for employees during such leave to the maximum provided, if any, under the provisions of the collective agreement. It will become the responsibility of the employee for full payment of any applicable benefits in which the employee is participating during such leave of absence.   • Tell-tale Tell-tale optional. If it exists, its function shall be carried out by the tell-tale required for the front and rear position lamps.

  • Full-Time Faculty a) Prior to the evaluation of a full-time faculty member, the first-level manager or designee shall meet with the evaluatee to discuss the criteria, procedures, and timelines (including classroom visits and non-classroom observations) for the evaluation.

  • Less-Than-Full-Time Employees (a) For less-than-full-time employees (including part-time, seasonal, and intermittent employees), who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in the month, the Employer shall contribute a prorated amount of the contribution for full-time employees. This prorated contribution shall be based on the ratio of paid regular hours to full-time hours to the nearest full percent, except that less-than-full-time employees who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month shall receive no less than one-half (½) of the contribution for full-time employees.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee A regular full-time employee is defined as one in respect of whom there is a regular schedule of work providing 70 hours of work biweekly.

  • Permanent Full-Time Employees Pay and benefits will be computed on a monthly pay status basis.
