A Classified. unit member who has completed one year service with the District shall be eligible for an Industrial Accident and Illness Leave because of occupational injury or illness. The total number of days for one injury or illness shall not exceed sixty working days. Such leave is not cumulative from year to year. Industrial Accident and Illness Leave shall commence on the first day of absence.
