The Contractor is responsible for compliance with the provisions in this Article also of any subcontractors or other third parties involved in the performance of the Digital Communication Services under a Detailed Contract.

  • Conflict of Interests II.2.1 The beneficiary undertakes to take all the necessary measures to prevent any risk of conflict of interests which could affect the impartial and objective performance of the agreement.
