10B. (1) If the Company at any time during the currency of this Agreement desires to significantly modify, expand or otherwise vary its cement and clinker manufacturing operations carried on pursuant to this Agreement or desires to carry on operations other than the manufacturing of cement and clinker on the works site or such other sites owned by the Company which the State may approve pursuant to clause 3(1) hereof it shall give notice of such desire to the Minister and, if required by the Minister within 2 months of the giving of such notice, shall submit to the Minister (within such period as the Minister may reasonably allow) to the fullest extent reasonably practicable detailed proposals in respect of all matters covered by such notice and other relevant information as the Minister may reasonably require.
10B. If a proposal approved pursuant to clause 10A hereof provides for the surrender by the Company to the State of any land comprised within a lease granted under or pursuant to this Agreement the State shall in accordance with such approved proposal —

The provisions of Article III and Section 10.6 shall inure to the benefit of each purchaser of a participation or sub-participation and Agent shall continue to distribute payments pursuant to this Agreement as if no participation has been sold. If any Bank shall sell any participation or sub-participation, that Bank shall, as between itself and the purchaser, retain all of its rights (including, without limitation, rights to enforce against Borrower the Loan Documents and the Related Writings) and duties pursuant to the Loan Documents and the Related Writings, including, without limitation, that Bank's right to approve any waiver, consent or amendment pursuant to Section 10.3, except if and to the extent that any such waiver, consent or amendment would:

10B. If any Default shall occur in relation to the Notes of this Series, the Trustee in its discretion may, and (subject to its rights under the Trust Deed to be indemnified to its satisfaction), if so directed by an Extraordinary Resolution of the Holders of the Notes of this Series or if so requested in writing by the Holders of not less than 25 per cent. in principal amount of the Notes of this Series shall, but, in the case of the happening of any of the events referred to in paragraphs (b), (c), (e), (f), (g) or (h) of Condition 10A, only if the Trustee shall have certified to the Issuer and the Guarantor(s) that such event is, in its opinion, materially prejudicial to the interests of the Holders of the Notes of this Series, by written notice to the Issuer and the Guarantor(s) declare that such Notes are immediately repayable whereupon the same shall become immediately repayable at their default early redemption amount (which shall be their principal amount or such other default early redemption amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Pricing Supplement) less, in the case of any Instalment Note, the aggregate amount of all instalments which shall have become due and payable in respect of such Note prior to the date fixed for redemption under any other Condition and which remains unpaid at such date together with all interest (if any) accrued thereon (calculated as provided in these Terms and Conditions and in the Trust Deed) and, in the case of Undated Notes, arrears of interest (if any) in respect thereof.
10B. [***] Antibodies The Parties acknowledge that the use of any [***] Antibodies in a Collaboration Product or Unilateral Product shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the [***] Agreement. [***] is an [***] (as that term is defined in the [***] Agreement). Genmab hereby grants to Biontech a sublicense under its rights under the [***] Agreement for the [***] Antibodies it being understood that Sections 9.3, 14.7c and 14.7d of this Agreement shall apply mutatis mutandis to this sublicense.
10B. 04 Every employer has the right to take two (2) Union members of their choice into a Unit area for each job for all work. Mobility within each Unit shall be based on the name hire provision for a job.
10B. 01 The employer agrees to employ only Journeymen and Apprentices who are members in good standing of Local 625, I.B.E.W. when available, which means members who are not three (3) months in arrears with their Union dues. On the request of the employer the Union shall furnish competent and qualified workmen who are I.B.E.W. members and insofar as possible, all workmen so furnished shall be recruited from Local 625.
10B. Owner has given Broker the information regarding the Property to appear on the MLS. Owner understands that the Property information will be included in the MLS. Such information is accurate and complete and does not omit or fail to disclose any material defects regarding the Property known to Owner.
10B. 2. In the case of a non-work related illness or accident, the employee may elect to use banked vacation to supplement Temporary Disability Benefits up to the amount of his/her full pay for as long as the banked vacation is available.
