021 Inclusions. The bargaining unit shall include all regular employees who have completed their probationary period, i.e. custodians, maintenance personnel, bus drivers, cafeteria employees, library secretaries, sign language interpreters for the deaf who work 20 or more hours per week. Also, any employee(s) working in the same bargaining unit position for 60 consecutive days or more becomes eligible for inclusion into the bargaining unit on the 61st day of employment in the same position. The 60 days shall commence from the date of the effected employee's most recent date of hire.
