00 Interpretation. 1-1.01 The collective agreement consists of all clauses agreed upon by the provincial parties, all clauses dealing with salaries and salary scales, all clauses agreed upon by the parties and all clauses subject to the application of section 59 of the Act respecting the process of negotiation of the collective agreements in the public and parapublic sectors (CQLR, chapter R-8.2).
