Severability 样本条款

Severability. Each of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions is severable and distinct from the others and, if at any time one or more of such provisions is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under the laws of any jurisdiction, the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected in any way.

Severability. Each provision of this Order is severable and if any provision shall be finally determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable ("Invalid") in any jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby, nor shall said provision be Invalid in any other jurisdiction.

Severability. 19.1 If at any time any provision of this Agreement is prohibited by law or judged by court to be illegal, void, invalid or unenforceable in any respect, that provision shall, to the extent required, be severed from this Agreement and rendered ineffective without modifying the remaining provisions of this Agreement and shall not in any way affect any other circumstances of or the validity or enforcement of this Agreement.

Severability. If at any time one or more of the terms or any part of the facility letter shall be declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable to any extent, such terms or any part thereof shall be severed, and the remaining shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Severability. 如本一般商业条款中的某一规定不生效、无效或无法实现，则其并不影响其余规定条款的生效性、有效性或可实现性。在此情况下，所涉条款将由在经济性方面有相似结果且生效、有效、可实现的近似条款所代替。本原则亦适用于合同可能存在的漏洞。

Severability. If any provision of the Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that will not affect: (a) the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision of the Agreement; or (b) the validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of that or any other provision of the Agreement.

Severability. Each provision of the Terms and Conditions is severable from the others. If at any time any provision herein is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under Hong Kong law or the laws of any other jurisdiction, the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected in any way.

Severability. 23.1 If at any time any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect, the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.

Severability. 如果协议方的注册办事处均位于中华人民共和国境内，对本合同及其法律有效性是否成立，其事先效应及后效应均仅适用中华人民共和国法律，且不包括冲突法条款和《联合国国际货物销售合同公约》（CISG）。所有其他情况下，对本合同及其法律有效性是否成立，其事先效应及后效应均仅适用奥地利法律，且不包括冲突法条款和《联合国国际货物销售合同公约》（CISG）。
