Insurance Benefits. Borrower shall cooperate with Lender in obtaining for Lender the benefits of any Insurance Proceeds lawfully or equitably payable in connection with the Property, and Lender shall be reimbursed for any expenses incurred in connection therewith (including reasonable attorneys' fees and disbursements, and the payment by Borrower of the expense of an appraisal on behalf of Lender in case of a fire or other casualty affecting the Property or any part thereof) out of such Insurance Proceeds.
Insurance Benefits. You may make a claim for any and all insurance benefits or refunds that may be available on my default.
Insurance Benefits. In accordance with the General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2019-2020, the benefits and employee share of premiums for the State Employees Group Health Self-Insurance Plan shall remain unchanged for Fiscal Year 2019-2020.

The Corporation shall continue to provide the Executive with the same level of life, disability, accident, dental and health insurance benefits the Executive was receiving or entitled to receive from the Corporation immediately prior to the Date of Termination until the end of the Severance Period. The contributions or premiums required to be paid by the Executive under such programs shall be payable by the Executive to the Corporation or to the insurer, as applicable, on the same basis as if the Executive continued to be employed during the Severance Period.

Lender shall be reimbursed for any expenses reasonably incurred in connection therewith (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and disbursements, but excluding internal overhead, administrative and similar costs of Lender) out of such Insurance Proceeds, all as more specifically provided in this Agreement.
Insurance Benefits. The County agrees to provide insurance programs for unit employees on the same terms and conditions available to other benefit eligible County employees including any required increase or decrease in employee premiums. The Association may appoint one representative to participate without loss of pay in the County's Benefits Advisory Committee and reserves the right to submit recommendations to the County's Division of Human Resources through the Committee in reference to insurance benefit plans for unit employees.
Insurance Benefits. During the period of time specified in Section 3.2 of this Agreement, the Executive shall receive, in addition to the benefit provided in Section 2.1.1 of this Agreement, the following benefits substantially in the form and expense to the Executive as received by the Executive on the Termination Date: (a) medical and dental insurance; and (b) life insurance. The provision of medical and dental insurance beyond the period of time described in Treasury Regulation §1.409A-1(b)(9) and the provision of life insurance benefits pursuant to this Section 2.1.3 shall, however, be subject to the following limitations: (i) the benefits provided during the Executive’s taxable year may not affect the benefits to be provided to the Executive in any other taxable year, (ii) reimbursements or payments must be made on or before the last day of the Executive’s taxable year following the taxable year in which the expense being paid or reimbursed was incurred, and (iii) the right to continued coverage is not subject to liquidation or exchange for another benefit. It is understood and agreed that any rights and privileges of the Executive provided by the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1986, amending the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, the Internal Revenue Code and the Public Health Services Act, as amended, shall begin at the end of the period of time specified in Section 3.2 of this Agreement.
