No Assignment of Agreement. Neither this Agreement nor any part thereof shall be assigned by the Recipient, without the prior written consent of the Minister.
No Assignment of Agreement. No Party shall assign the Agreement or any part thereof without the prior written consent of the Minister. Any attempt by a Party to assign this Agreement or any part thereof, without the express written consent of the Minister, is void.

No Assignment of Agreement. The Practice Group shall not assign this Agreement (either in whole or in part) to any other party without the prior written consent of the TPA.
No Assignment of Agreement. 18.01 The Contractor shall not assign or transfer this Agreement or any of the rights or obligations under this Agreement without first obtaining written permission from Manitoba Housing.
