License Restrictions. Licensor reserves all rights not expressly granted to You. The Software is licensed for Your internal use only. Except as this Agreement expressly allows, You may not (1) copy (except for back-up purposes), modify, alter, create derivative works, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except and only to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law; (2) transfer, assign, pledge, rent, timeshare, host or lease the Software, or sublicense any of Your license grants or rights under this Agreement; in whole or in part, without prior written permission of Licensor; (3) remove any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret or other proprietary notices or labels on the Software or its documentation; or (4) disclose the results of any performance, functional or other evaluation or benchmarking of the Software to any third party without the prior written permission of Licensor. Hosting Restrictions. In the event that You desire to have a third party manage, host (either remotely or virtually) or use the Software on Your behalf, You shall (1) first enter into a valid and binding agreement with such third party that contains terms and conditions to protect Licensor’s rights in the Software that are no less prohibitive and/or restrictive than those contained in this Agreement, including, without limitation, the Verification section below; (2) prohibit use by such third party except for the sole benefit of You; and (3) be solely responsible to Licensor for any and all breaches of the above terms and conditions by such third party.
License Restrictions. You may not, without Symantec’s prior written consent, conduct, cause or permit the: (i) use, copying, modification, rental, lease, sublease, sublicense, or transfer of the Licensed Software except as expressly provided in this License Agreement; (ii) creation of any derivative works based on the Licensed Software; (iii) reverse engineering, disassembly, or decompiling of the Licensed Software (except that You may decompile the Licensed Software for the purposes of interoperability only to the extent permitted by and subject to strict compliance under applicable law); (iv) use of the Licensed Software in connection with service bureau, facility management, timeshare, service provider or like activity whereby You operate or use the Licensed Software for the benefit of a third party; (v) use of the Licensed Software by any party other than You; (vi) use of a later version of the Licensed Software other than the version that accompanies this License Agreement unless You have separately acquired the right to use such later version through a License Instrument or Support Certificate; nor (vii) use of the Licensed Software above the quantity and Use Level that have been licensed to You under this License Agreement or the applicable License Instrument.
License Restrictions a. Other than as set forth in Section 2, you may not make or distribute copies of the Software, or electronically transfer the Software from one computer to another or over a network.

Additional installations or quantities of the Software require additional licenses. Software licenses may be reallocated to different equipment provided that the Software is uninstalled from the original equipment. (b) If you install updates, upgrades, or new releases of the Software, if any are provided to you by us, you must uninstall and cease use of all previous versions of the Software, so that your actual use and deployment of the Software corresponds to the quantities that you actually licensed and paid for. (c) You can't make the Software available to your Affiliates or unauthorized third parties without our express written consent. (d) You can't relicense, rent or lease the Software for third-party training or commercial time-sharing. (e) You agree that you won't distribute, sell, sublicense, subcontract or otherwise transfer copies of or rights to the Software or any portion thereof, and shall not use the Software except as expressly permitted hereunder. (f) You agree to not adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise derive the source code for the Software or any of the related features of the Software or to allow third parties to do so, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing and except to the extent specified by law. (g) You will not use any third-party software, including any open source software, in conjunction with the Software, unless you ensure that such use does not cause the Software to become subject to any third party license applicable to such third party software or require the public disclosure or distribution of the Software or the licensing of the Software for the purpose of making derivative works. (h) You will not use the Software for any purpose other than as licensed under this Agreement, including benchmarking or using the Software to create products or services similar to, or competitive with, the Software. (i) You will not use the Software to develop any works which provide substantially the same functionality as the Software or enables building other programs which could compete with the Sof...

HP may monitor use/license restrictions remotely and, if HP makes a license management program available, Customer agrees to install and use it within a reasonable period of time. Customer may make a copy or adaptation of a licensed software product only for archival purposes or when it is an essential step in the authorized use of the software. Customer may use this archival copy without paying an additional license only when the primary system is inoperable. Customer may not copy licensed software onto or otherwise use or make it available on any public external distributed network. Licenses that allow use over Customer’s intranet require restricted access by authorized users only. Customer will also not modify, reverse engineer, disassemble decrypt, decompile or make derivative works of any software licensed to Customer under this Agreement unless permitted by statute, in which case Customer will provide HP with reasonably detailed information about those activities.

No license or right is granted by implication or otherwise with respect to the Compound, Product and/or Licensed Product, except as expressly granted herein. Subject to the above and except as expressly permitted in this Agreement, Licensee shall not be entitled, directly or indirectly, to manufacture, use, Commercialize, Retail, Vend, register with Agencies, distribute, offer for sale, sell and/or donate the Compound, Product and/or the Licensed Product for any other purpose or in combination with any other substance, product, Licensed Product, intermediate, and/or active pharmaceutical ingredient (whether co-packaged (other than, with respect to Product, co-packaged with ritonavir in the form of Licensed Product), co-formulated or otherwise) (“Combination”) without the prior written approval of Pfizer in its sole discretion, in which event any such approval shall be subject to separate terms and conditions to be negotiated.
