Governmental Authority. “Governmental Authority” means any federal, state, municipal, foreign or other government, governmental department, commission, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality, or any private or public court or tribunal.
Governmental Authority. Any national, state or local government, independent system operator, regional transmission owner or operator, any political subdivision thereof or any other governmental, judicial, regulatory, public or statutory instrumentality, authority, body, agency, department, bureau, or entity, excluding the Town.

Governmental Authority. Any national, state or local government (whether domestic or foreign), any political subdivision thereof or any other governmental, quasi governmental, judicial, public or statutory instrumentality, authority, body, agency, bureau, commission, board, department or other entity (including, without limitation, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Comptroller of the Currency or the Federal Reserve Board, any central bank or any comparable authority) or any arbitrator with authority to bind a party at law, and including any supra-national bodies such as the European Union or the European Central Bank.
Governmental Authority. Any court, agency, authority, board, bureau, commission, department, office or instrumentality of any nature whatsoever of any governmental or quasi-governmental unit, whether federal, state, parish, county, district, municipality, city, political subdivision or otherwise, domestic or foreign whether now or hereafter in existence.
Governmental Authority. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Governmental Authority” shall mean, as to any given Asset, the United States and the state, county, parish, city and political subdivisions in which such Asset is located and that exercises jurisdiction over such Asset, and any agency, department, board or other instrumentality thereof that exercises jurisdiction over such Asset.
