Place of Business; Borrower’s Name. Borrower shall give the Lender at least thirty (30) days prior written notice of any change in the location of Borrower's chief executive office. Borrower shall give the Lender not less than thirty (30) days prior written notice before changing its name or doing business under any other name. Borrower has complied, and will in the future comply, with all Governmental Requirements relating to the conduct of Borrower's business under a fictitious business name.

Borrower shall give the Lender not less than fifteen (15) days prior written notice before changing its name or doing business under any other name. Borrower has complied, and will in the future comply, in all material respects with all Governmental Requirements relating to the conduct of Borrower’s business under a fictitious business name.
