No Agency. It is entering into this Agreement, including each Transaction, as principal and not as agent of any person or entity.
No Agency. The parties agree that no agency, partnership, or joint venture of any kind shall be or is intended to be created by or under this Master Contract. Neither party is an agent of the other party nor authorized to obligate it.
No Agency. This Agreement is not intended, and shall not be construed, to create any association, joint venture, agency relationship or partnership between the Parties or to impose any such obligation or liability upon either Party. Neither Party shall have any right, power or authority to enter into any agreement or undertaking for, or act as or be an agent or representative of, or otherwise bind, the other Party.
No Agency. The parties are independent contractors and will have no power or authority to assume or create any obligation or responsibility on behalf of each other. This Agreement will not be construed to create or imply any partnership, agency or joint venture.
No Agency. The provisions of Section 3(g) will apply to this Agreement.
No Agency. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, or other form of joint enterprise between the parties.
No Agency. Neither Party shall act or describe itself as the agent of the other, nor shall it make or represent that it has authority to make any commitments on the other’s behalf.
No Agency. Except as otherwise provided explicitly herein, in performing their respective obligations under this Agreement, neither Party is acting, or is authorized to act, as the other Party’s agent.
No Agency. 30.1 Nothing in this Agreement or otherwise shall be held, implied or deemed to constitute a partnership, joint venture or other association or, save as expressly provided, the relationship of principal and agent between the parties.
