National Emergency. In cases of national emergency, the Contractor must maintain and support certain systems/ functions considered mission essential. In this event, the Government may require that certain essential personnel report for duty or, may provide support on an on-call or as-needed basis.

National Emergency. ‌ All provisions of this Agreement are subordinate to the right of the United States of America to lease or otherwise assume control of the Airport, or any part thereof, during time of war or national emergency, for military use, and any provisions of this Agreement inconsistent with the provisions of such Agreement with the United States of America will be suspended by such lease or assumption of control.
National Emergency. If the federal government declares a national emergency, neither party may hold the other liable for any inability to perform any part of this Sublease as a result of the national emergency.

This leave of absence, if granted by the Mayor, shall be for a period of time as may be necessary to permit the employee to complete the service for the United States government, together with any additional time, not exceeding 90 days, as may be reasonably necessary to enable the employee to resume his duties with the City; but the leave of absence may only be granted upon written request of the government of the United States or any of its authorized agencies. National Emergency. This Lease is subject to the right of the United States to control, operate, and regulate the Airport and to use Airport property during the time of war or declared national emergency.
National Emergency. ‌ During time of war or national emergency, the Port shall have the right to enter into an agreement, or perform any existing agreement, with the United States government for use of part or all of the Landing Area, the publicly owned air navigation facilities and/or other areas or facilities of the Airport. If any such agreement exists or is executed, the provisions of this instrument, insofar as they are inconsistent with the provisions of the agreement with the United States government, shall be suspended.
National Emergency. During the time of war or national emergency, Landlord shall have the right to enter into an agreement with the United States Government for military or naval use or part of all of the Barnstable Municipal Airport and the air navigation facilities. If any such agreement is made, the provisions as contained herein, insofar as they are inconsistent with the provisions of said agreement between Landlord and the United States Government, shall be suspended. In the event of such agreement, Tenant shall be entitled to reasonable and proportionate abatement of Rent.
