Incumbency Sample Clauses

Incumbency. An incumbency certificate of each Credit Party certified by an officer (pursuant to an officer’s certificate in substantially the form of Exhibit 4.1(b) attached hereto) to be true and correct as of the Closing Date.
Incumbency. A certificate of the secretary or assistant secretary of each of the Borrower and the Investment Manager certifying the names and true signatures of the officers authorized on its behalf to sign this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents to be delivered by it;
