Miscellaneous Allowance. In addition to Executive's salary, beginning August 1, 1998, Executive shall receive $200 per month for miscellaneous expenses.

Minutes Minutes are to be distributed for clarification to both parties within 5 working days. Finalised/Agreed Minutes are to be forwarded within 7 working days. Minutes ought to be displayed within facilities and be the subject of “Tool-Box” briefings, or similar.
Miscellaneous Allowance. The Company will provide Executive with an annual allowance of $10,000 to be paid ratably throughout the year pursuant to the Company’s normal payroll practice, so long as similar benefits are provided to other senior executives. The Company may terminate such benefits at its discretion.
Miscellaneous Allowance. The Company shall provide the Executive a one-time payment of $3,000 for initiation dues for an athletic club, dining club or country club. In addition, the Company shall provide the Executive with a monthly allowance of $400 to provide for the lease or purchase of a car, payment of club dues and other such expenses. The Executive shall not be required to document any such expenditures but will responsible for all taxes (including required tax withholding) on such allowance. The Company agrees that Executive will be reimbursed for approved business related mileage at the prevailing IRS rate of reimbursement.
Miscellaneous Allowance. You will be provided with a one-time miscellaneous allowance of US$27,000 that is intended to cover miscellaneous costs of relocating not specifically reimbursed under other provisions of the International Assignment Policy or Domestic Relocation Policy. This amount will be paid at the onset of your relocation.
Miscellaneous Allowance. Executive will be entitled to CHF 5,000.00 per year for obtaining tax consulting advice associated with being an officer of a U.S. based corporation.

Miscellaneous Allowance. Landlord shall make available to Tenant an allowance of up to $3.00 per RSF of the Premises (the “Miscellaneous Allowance”) for the costs of Tenant’s cabling, Tenant’s signage, EV stations (the cost of which EV stations shall be allocated between Landlord and Tenant pursuant to the terms of Section 10 of the Lease) and the cost of other items reasonably acceptable to Landlord (“Acceptable Items”). Landlord shall reimburse Tenant for the actual reasonable cost of Acceptable Items within 30 days after Tenant’s delivery to Landlord of invoices and other evidence reasonably requested by Landlord reflecting the actual reasonable costs incurred by Tenant for such Acceptable Items. The Miscellaneous Allowance shall only be available for use by Tenant for costs incurred by Tenant for Acceptable Items during the period commencing on the execution date of the Lease through the date that is 90 days after the Subsequent Premises Commencement Date (such period, the “Miscellaneous Allowance Reimbursement Period”). Any portion of the Miscellaneous Allowance with respect to which Landlord has not received an invoice (and/or other evidence reasonably requested by Landlord) within 90 days after the Miscellaneous Allowance Reimbursement Period for costs incurred during the Miscellaneous Allowance Reimbursement Period shall be forfeited and shall not be available for use by Tenant.
