Warranties and Acknowledgments. Natural HR warrants that the Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. Natural HR shall, unless otherwise agreed, comply with all relevant industry standards in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement or where no industry standard exists, the same shall be of such quality and in accordance with good current day practice in order to fulfil the purpose of this Agreement.
