Amendments to Documents. The Trust shall furnish BISYS written copies of any amendments to, or changes in, any of the items referred to in Section 18 hereof forthwith upon such amendments or changes becoming effective. In addition, the Trust agrees that no amendments will be made to the Prospectuses or Statement of Additional Information of the Trust which might have the effect of changing the procedures employed by BISYS in providing the services agreed to hereunder or which amendment might affect the duties of BISYS hereunder unless the Trust first obtains BISYS' approval of such amendments or changes.

In addition, the Trust agrees that no amendments will be made to the Prospectuses or Statements of Additional Information of the Trust which might have the effect of changing the procedures employed by Fund Accountant in providing the services agreed to hereunder or which amendment might affect the duties of Fund Accountant hereunder unless the Trust first obtains Fund Accountant's approval of such amendments or changes.

In addition, the Trust agrees that no amendments will be made to the Prospectuses or Statements of Additional Information of the Trust which might have the effect of changing the procedures employed by BISYS in providing the services agreed to hereunder or which amendment might affect the duties of BISYS hereunder unless the Trust first obtains BISYS's approval of such amendments or changes, which approval shall not be withheld unreasonably.
Amendments to Documents. Each of the parties hereto agrees, at the Company’s request, to enter into any amendments to this Note Purchase Agreement, the Escrow and Paying Agent Agreements and any other Operative Agreements as may be necessary or desirable to give effect to the replacement of the Depositary with the Replacement Depositary and the replacement of the Deposit Agreements with the Replacement Deposit Agreements.

The Fund will furnish Declaration written copies of any amendments to, or changes in, the Articles of Incorporation, by-laws, Prospectus or Statement of Additional Information in a reasonable time prior to such amendments or changes becoming effective. In addition, the Fund agrees that no amendments will be made to the Prospectus or Statement of Additional Information of the Fund which might have the effect of changing the procedures employed by Declaration in providing the services agreed to hereunder or which amendment might affect the duties of Declaration hereunder unless the Fund first obtains Declaration' approval of such amendments or changes.

In addition, the Trust agrees that no amendments will be made to the Prospectus or Statement of Additional Information of the Trust which might have the effect of changing the procedures employed by M3Sixty in providing the services agreed to hereunder or which amendment might affect the duties of M3Sixty hereunder unless the Trust first obtains M3Sixty’s approval of such amendments or changes.
Amendments to Documents. The Fund will furnish Matrix written copies of any amendments to, or changes in, the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, Prospectus or Statement of Additional Information in a reasonable time prior to such amendments or changes becoming effective. In addition, the Fund agrees that no amendments will be made to the Prospectus or Statement of Additional Information of the Fund which might have the effect of changing the procedures employed by Matrix in providing the services agreed to hereunder or which amendment might affect the duties of Matrix hereunder unless the Fund first obtains Matrix’s approval of such amendments or changes.
Amendments to Documents. The Trust shall furnish BISYS and BFI written copies of any amendments to, or changes in, any of the items referred to in Section 17 hereof forthwith upon such amendments or changes becoming effective. In addition, the Trust agrees that no amendments will be made to the Prospectuses or Statement of Additional Information of the Trust, or the AML Program, which might have the effect of changing the procedures employed by BISYS in providing the services agreed to hereunder or which amendment might affect the duties of BISYS or BFI hereunder unless the Trust first obtains BISYS’ approval of such amendments or changes, which approval shall not be withheld unreasonably.
