Amendments or Waiver. This Agreement may be changed, waived, discharged or terminated only by a writing signed by the parties hereto. No delay or omission by any party in exercising any right with respect hereto shall operate as waiver. A waiver on any one occasion shall not be construed as a bar to, or waiver of, any right or remedy on any future occasion.

No amendment or waiver of any provision of this Guaranty or consent to any departure from any provision by Guarantor will be effective unless it is in writing and signed by Lender, and then the waiver or consent will be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose for which it is given. No notice to or demand on Guarantor will in any case entitle it to any other or further notice or demand in similar or other circumstances.

No modification of or amendment to this Agreement shall be valid or binding unless set forth in writing and duly executed by both of the Parties hereto and no waiver of any breach of any term or provision of this Agreement shall be effective or binding unless made in writing and signed by the Party purporting to give the same and unless otherwise provided, shall be limited to the specific breach which is waived.
Amendments or Waiver. No amendment or waiver of this Agreement is binding unless agreed to in writing by the parties.
Amendments or Waiver. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in a writing signed by authorized officers of both parties. No order, invoice, or similar document will modify the terms of this Agreement even if accepted by the receiving party.
Amendments or Waiver. This Agreement cannot be changed, modified or amended without the consent in writing of both the Executive and the Company. No waiver by either the Company or the Executive at any time of any breach by the other party of any condition or provision of this Agreement shall be deemed a waiver of a similar or dissimilar condition or provision at the same or at any prior or subsequent time. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by the Executive or an authorized officer of the Company, as the case may be (other than the Executive).
Amendments or Waiver. This Agreement may not be amended except by written instrument signed by all of the parties hereto. No indulgence or forbearance by any party hereunder shall be deemed to constitute a waiver of its rights to insist on performance in full and in a timely manner of all covenants of each of the other parties hereunder and any such waiver, in order to be binding upon a party, must be express and in writing and signed by such party and then such waiver shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the purpose for which it is given. No waiver of any term, condition or covenant by any party shall be deemed to be a waiver by such party of its rights to require full and timely compliance with the same term, condition or covenant thereafter, or with any other term, covenant or condition of this Agreement at any time.
