Exclusive Service. Employee shall devote his best efforts and full time to rendering services on behalf of the Corporation in furtherance of its best interests. Employee shall comply with all policies, standards and regulations of the Corporation now or hereafter promulgated, and shall perform his duties under this Agreement to the best of his abilities and in accordance with standards of conduct applicable to officers of banks.
Exclusive Service. Executive agrees to devote Executive’s full time and attention to the performance of Executive’s duties and responsibilities on behalf of the Company and to comply with all policies and regulations of the Company.
Exclusive Service. (a) Employee shall devote all of his business energies and abilities and all of his productive time to the performance of his duties under this Agreement (reasonable absences during holidays and vacations excepted), and shall not, without the prior written consent of Employer, render to others any service of any kind (whether or not for compensation) that, in the opinion of Employer, would materially interfere with the performance of his duties under this Agreement, and

Employee shall comply with all policies, standards and regulations of the Bank now or hereafter promulgated, and shall perform his duties under this Agreement to the best of his abilities and in accordance with standards of conduct applicable to chief executive officers of banks.
Exclusive Service. Employee will devote substantially all his working time and efforts to the business and affairs of the Company. The foregoing shall not, however, preclude Employee (a) from engaging in appropriate civic, charitable or religious activities, (b) from devoting a reasonable amount of time to private investments and business interests, (c) from serving on the boards of directors or advisors of, or as a consultant to, other entities, or (d) from providing incidental assistance to family members on matters of family business, so long as the foregoing activities and service do not conflict with Employee’s responsibilities to the Company.
Exclusive Service. It is understood and agreed that the Executive may not engage in other business activities during the Term, whether or not for profit or other pecuniary advantage; provided, however, that the Executive may make financial investments which do not involve his active participation and may engage in other activities such as participation in charitable, educational, religious, civic and similar type organizations and similar types of activities and, with the consent of the President, may serve as an outside director on the board of directors of other corporations which are not affiliates or competitors of the Company or any of its affiliates, all to the extent that such activities do not hinder or interfere with the performance of his duties under this Agreement or conflict with the policies of Lindsay concerning conflicts of interest or with the businesses of Lindsay or any of its affiliates in any material way.
Exclusive Service. You will perform services exclusively for ABMC and you will not perform services for any other persons or entities related to or conducting business with the Company for personal profit during the term of this agreement without the written agreement of the Board of Directors.

Employee shall devote substantially his full time and attention to rendering services to the Company and in furtherance of the Company's best interests, provided that Employee may make and manage his personal passive investments. During the Term of this Agreement, other than as an officer and/or director of an affiliate of the Company, Employee shall not be employed by any other person or engage in any other business or occupation; provided that Employee may engage in the business of making and managing his personal passive investments.
