Annual Physical Examination. The Employer shall provide insurance coverage for or pay or reimburse the Employee for the cost of an annual physical examination conducted by a California licensed physician selected by the Employee and reasonably acceptable to the Employer.
Annual Physical Examination. A permanent employee shall be granted up to one day per year with pay for the purpose of a comprehensive physical examination provided that the verification of such an examination is submitted to the District.

To the extent not covered by any group medical plan from time to time in effect for the benefit of Company employees generally or other insurance coverage provided by the Company for the benefit of the Executive, the Company shall reimburse the Executive for the full cost of a complete annual physical examination.

The Bank or BCH shall pay or reimburse the Executive for up to five hundred dollars ($500) of the cost, if any, in excess of applicable insurance coverage specified in paragraph 13(c) of this Agreement for an annual physical examination conducted by a California licensed physician selected by the Executive, the results of which examination shall not be required to be disclosed to BCH or the Bank. Any such reimbursement shall be made upon presentation and approval of receipts, invoices or other appropriate evidence of such expense in accordance with the policies of the Bank or BCH.
Annual Physical Examination. For the Subscriber and Dependents age three (3) and over, benefits are provided for one (1) health appraisal examination in each Calendar Year. Benefits for the Annual Physical Examination include only the following services:
Annual Physical Examination. Once each calendar year during the Term, including any renewal, the Company shall pay for a complete physical examination for Executive at the Xxxxxx Clinic, or a comparable facility in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area. The Company reserves the right to amend or cancel any fringe benefits and perquisites at any time in its sole discretion.

All permanent full-time members of the Police Department shall have an annual physical examination to be determined by the Town, by a physician designated by the Town, and at Town expense. An officer whose physical examination occurs during his/her off-duty time shall be paid four (4) hours’ pay at time and one-half his/her straight time hourly rate.
Annual Physical Examination. The Superintendent shall undergo an annual physical examination performed by a licensed physician of the Superintendent's choice. The physician shall submit a confidential statement to the Board certifying the Superintendent's fitness to perform the Superintendent's duties and copies of all such statements shall be maintained in an envelope marked "PERSONAL AND CONFIDENTIAL FOR BOARD'S EYES ONLY" in the Superintendent's confidential medical file.
Annual Physical Examination. The Company will pay up to one thousand ($1,000) dollars annually for out of pocket expenses incurred by the Executive for preventative care above and beyond what is covered for preventative care by the Parent medical plan. Claims should first be submitted through the health insurance provider, if applicable, and the company will reimburse expenses above and beyond the plan coverage amounts, up to a maximum of one thousand ($1,000) dollars per calendar year.
