Other Awards. The grant of an Award shall not confer upon the Holder the right to receive any future or other Awards under the Plan, whether or not Awards may be granted to similarly situated Holders, or the right to receive future Awards upon the same terms or conditions as previously granted.
Other Awards. With respect to outstanding awards issued under the Company’s stock plans other than award types addressed in Sections 5(a)(ii) and (iii) above, the Employee will immediately vest in and have the right to exercise such awards, all restrictions will lapse, and all performance goals or other vesting criteria will be deemed achieved at target levels and all other terms and conditions met. Such awards will be paid or otherwise settled as soon as administratively practicable following the date of termination or, if later, the date of exercise. Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent required to avoid imposition of any additional tax or income recognition under Section 409A of the Code, such awards shall be paid or settled at the same time or times that the awards otherwise would have been paid or settled in the absence of this Section 5(a)(iv).
Other Awards. Subject to Section 2, this Agreement, together with any other equity grants received in connection with the Redemption and the IPO, are in replacement of, and supersede in all respects, the Units.
Other Awards. Except as otherwise provided in Section 3.1(e)(i) hereof, Executive's rights upon termination of employment with respect to stock options or other incentive awards not covered by this Agreement shall be governed by the terms and conditions in the respective stock option agreements or awards.
Other Awards. Other forms of Awards valued in whole or in part by reference to, or otherwise based on, Common Stock, including the appreciation in value thereof (e.g., options or stock rights with an exercise price or strike price less than 100% of the Fair Market Value at the time of grant) may be granted either alone or in addition to Awards provided for under Section 4 and the preceding provisions of this Section 5. Subject to the provisions of the Plan, the Board will have sole and complete discretion to determine the persons to whom and the time or times at which such Other Awards will be granted, the number of shares of Common Stock (or the cash equivalent thereof) to be granted pursuant to such Other Awards and all other terms and conditions of such Other Awards.
Other Awards. The Committee may make other awards under the Plan in units or phantom shares, the value of which is based, in whole or in part, on the value of our common stock. The Committee may provide that such awards are to be paid in cash, in shares, or in a combination of both cash and shares, under such terms and conditions as the Committee may establish, which are set forth in an award document.

Other Awards. Other Awards may be granted either alone or in addition to Awards provided for under Section 4 and the preceding provisions of this Section 5. Subject to the provisions of the Plan, the Board will have sole and complete discretion to determine the persons to whom and the time or times at which such Other Awards will be granted, the number of shares of Common Stock (or the cash equivalent thereof) to be granted pursuant to such Other Awards and all other terms and conditions of such Other Awards.
Other Awards. The Committee, in its sole discretion, but subject to the terms of the Plan, may grant the following types of Awards (in addition to or in combination with the Awards of Options and Restricted Stock described above) under this Plan on a stand alone, combination or tandem basis:
Other Awards. With respect to the Formula Award, Cut Off Award and awards of stock under the Stock Option Plan, the Continuation Period shall not be counted as employment for vesting purposes.
