Partial Termination of Lease. The Lease is terminated with respect to the Terminated Properties and neither Landlord nor Tenant shall have any further rights or liabilities thereunder with respect to the Terminated Properties from and after the date hereof, except for those rights and liabilities which by their terms survive the termination of the Lease.
Partial Termination of Lease. Amended Lease No. 2 is terminated with respect to the Nebraska Sale Properties and neither Landlord nor Tenant shall have any further rights or liabilities thereunder with respect to the Nebraska Sale Properties from and after the date hereof, except for those rights and liabilities which by their terms survive the termination of Amended Lease No. 2.

Amended Lease No. 2 is terminated with respect to the Stockton Property and the Thousand Oaks Property and neither Landlord nor Tenant shall have any further rights or liabilities thereunder with respect to the Stockton Property and the Thousand Oaks Property from and after the date hereof, except for those rights and liabilities which by their terms survive the termination of Amended Lease No. 2.
Partial Termination of Lease. The Lease is terminated with respect to the WestRidge Property and neither Landlord nor Tenant shall have any further rights or liabilities thereunder with respect to the WestRidge Property from and after the date hereof, except for those rights and liabilities which by their terms survive the termination of the Lease.

Amended Lease No. 2 is terminated with respect to the Wisconsin Sale Properties and neither Landlord nor Tenant shall have any further rights or liabilities thereunder with respect to the Wisconsin Sale Properties from and after the date hereof, except for those rights and liabilities which by their terms survive the termination of Amended Lease No. 2.
Partial Termination of Lease. Amended Lease No. 2 is terminated with respect to the Tarkio Property and neither Landlord nor Tenant shall have any further rights or liabilities thereunder with respect to the Tarkio Property from and after the date hereof, except for those rights and liabilities which by their terms survive the termination of Amended Lease No. 2.

Amended Lease No. 2 is terminated with respect to the Midwest Properties and neither Landlord nor Tenant shall have any further rights or liabilities thereunder with respect to the Midwest Properties from and after the date hereof, except for those rights and liabilities which by their terms survive the termination of Amended Lease No. 2.
Partial Termination of Lease. Amended Lease No. 4 is terminated with respect to the Southland Property and the Autumn Breeze Property and neither Landlord nor Tenant shall have any further rights or liabilities thereunder with respect to the Southland Property or the Autumn Breeze Property from and after the date hereof, except for those rights and liabilities which by their terms survive the termination of Amended Lease No. 4.
Partial Termination of Lease. Amended Lease No. 2 is terminated with respect to the Pacific Junction Property and neither Landlord nor Tenant shall have any further rights or liabilities thereunder with respect to the Pacific Junction Property from and after the date hereof, except for those rights and liabilities which by their terms survive the termination of Amended Lease No. 2.
Partial Termination of Lease. If Lessor has performed and satisfied all of its obligations, liabilities and duties under the Equipment Loan Documents, including, without limitation, payment of all principal and interest outstanding on the Equipment Notes, then Lessor and Lessee, at any time after the 10th anniversary of the Effective Date, may terminate this Lease as to the Leasehold Equipment only, in accordance with a termination agreement acceptable to Lender.
