Abandonment. If at any time during the term of this Agreement Tenant abandons the Premises or any part thereof, Landlord may, at Landlord's option, obtain possession of the Premises in the manner provided by law, and without becoming liable to Tenant for damages or for any payment of any kind whatever. Landlord may, at Landlord's discretion, as agent for Tenant, relet the Premises, or any part thereof, for the whole or any part thereof, for the whole or any part of the then unexpired term, and may receive and collect all rent payable by virtue of such reletting, and, at Landlord's option, hold Tenant liable for any difference between the rent that would have been payable under this Agreement during the balance of the unexpired term, if this Agreement had continued in force, and the net rent for such period realized by Landlord by means of such reletting. If Landlord's right of reentry is exercised following abandonment of the Premises by Tenant, then Landlord shall consider any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord may dispose of all such personal property in any manner Landlord shall deem proper and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so.
Abandonment. If the Tenant vacates or abandons the Premises for a time-period that is the minimum set by State law or seven (7) days, whichever is less, the Landlord shall have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately and remove all belongings including any personal property off of the Premises. If the Tenant vacates or abandons the Premises, the Landlord shall immediately have the right to terminate this Agreement.
Abandonment. If the assigned bedroom space or an apartment is abandoned or Resident’s right to use them has been terminated, Owner may, without notice, secure the bedroom space and/or apartment with new locks, store or dispose of any personal property left in the bedroom space or apartment by Resident or Resident's Guests, and re-assign the bedroom space and/or apartment to others for use. Any such abandoned property or personal possessions will be stored and disposed of by Owner as provided by law. Owner, in its sole reasonable discretion in accordance with applicable law, will determine when a bedroom and/or apartment is abandoned, which may take into consideration any one of the following: the removal of personal property from the bedroom space other than in the usual course of continuing use, the failure to pay housing charges or other charges, discontinuance of any utility service, and failure to respond to any notices, phone calls, or correspondence from Owner or its representatives.
Abandonment. Tenant shall not vacate or abandon the Premises at any time during the term of this Lease and if Tenant shall abandon, vacate or surrender said Premises, or be dispossessed by the process of law, or otherwise, any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises shall be deemed to be abandoned, at the option of Landlord, except such property as may be mortgaged to Landlord.
Abandonment. If the Resident vacates the Room for a period greater than 15 days prior to the expiry of the Term without the Manager’s prior Agreement, the Room will be deemed abandoned by the Resident. In that event, the Manager may (i) repossess the Room without liability to the Manager, and (ii) enter into an Agreement for the occupancy of the Room with a third party.
Abandonment. In the event that the Tenant(s) abandons the Property the Landlord may declare the Lease terminated, recover possession of the Property, enter the premises, remove the Tenant’s belongings and lease the same to another without incurring any liability to the Tenant for doing the same. In the event of the abandonment of the Property, the Landlord may recover from the Tenant unpaid rent until the Property is leased to another person or otherwise occupied by the Landlord or another under the Landlord’s right. ATTORNEYS' FEES. In the event that Landlord should require the services of an attorney, file a suit or resort to other procedures in order to compel the Tenant’s compliance with the Tenant’s obligations, the terms of this Lease or other applicable laws, rules or codes, the Tenant agrees to reimburse all expenses incurred by the Landlord in doing the same.

If Tenant abandons the Property of any personal property during the term of this Agreement, Landlord may at is option enter the Property by any legal means without liability to Tenant and may at Landlord’s option terminate the Agreement. Abandonment is defined as the absence of the Tenants from the Property for at least consecutive days without notice to Landlord. If Tenant abandons the Property while the rent is outstanding for more than days and there is no reasonable evidence, other than the presence of the Tenants’ personal property, that the Tenant is occupying the unit, Landlord may at Landlord’s option terminate this Agreement and regain possession in the manner prescribed by law. The Landlord will dispose of all abandoned personal property on the Property in any manner allowed by law ATTORNEYS' FEES. Should it become necessary for Landlord to employ an attorney to enforce any of the conditions or covenants hereof, including the collection of rentals or gaining possession of the Property, Tenant agrees to pay all expenses so incurred, including a reasonable attorneys' fee.

INDEMNIFICATION: To the extent permitted by law, Tenant will indemnify and hold Landlord and Landlord’s property, including the Premises, free and harmless from any liability for losses, claims, injury to or death of any person, including Tenant, or for damage to property arising from Tenant using and occupying the Premises or from the acts or omissions of any person or persons, including Tenant, in or about the Premises with Tenant’s express or implied consent except Landlord’s act or negligence. LEGAL FEES: In the event that the Tenant violates the terms of the Lease or defaults in the performance of any covenants in the Lease and the Landlord engages an attorney or institutes a legal action, counterclaim, or summary proceeding against Tenants based upon such violation or default, Tenants shall be liable to Landlord for the costs and expenses incurred in enforcing this Lease, including reasonable attorney fees and costs. In the event the Tenants bring any action against the Landlord pursuant to this Lease and the Landlord prevails, Tenant shall be liable to Landlord for costs and expenses of defending such action, including reasonable attorney fees and costs. DISPLAY OF SIGNS: Landlord or Landlord’s agent may display “For Sale” or “For Rent” or “Vacancy” or similar signs on or about the Premises and enter to show the Premises to prospective tenants during the last ____ days of this Lease. Tenant agrees that no signs shall be placed on the Premises without the prior written consent of the Landlord. NOISE: Tenant shall not cause or allow any unreasonably loud noise or activity in the Premises that might disturb the rights, comforts and conveniences of other persons. ...
