Force and Effect. The various provisions of this Agreement are severable in their entirety. Any determination of invalidity or unenforceability of any one provision shall have no effect on the continuing force and effect of the remaining provisions.
Force and Effect. This Agreement shall have the full force and effect of a final compliance order issued after a full hearing on the merits pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act, R.I. Gen. Laws Section 42-35-1 et seq. from which no timely appeal was taken, and which is enforceable in Superior Court in accordance with R.I. Gen. Laws Section 42-17.1-2(21)(v).
Force and Effect. Except as otherwise expressly modified by this Amendment, the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents are hereby ratified and confirmed and shall remain in full force and effect after the date hereof.

Should any inconsistency arise between this Amendment and the Convertible Debenture Purchase Agreement as to the specific matters which are the subject of this Amendment, the terms and conditions of this Amendment shall control. This Amendment shall be construed to be part of the Convertible Debenture Purchase Agreement and shall be deemed incorporated into the Convertible Debenture Purchase Agreement by this reference.

Should any inconsistency arise between this Workletter and the Lease as to the specific matters which are the subject of this Workletter, the terms and conditions of this Workletter shall control.
Force and Effect. The terms and conditions of this Workletter supplement the Lease and shall be construed to be a part of the Lease and are incorporated in the Lease. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any default by any party hereunder (after applicable notice and cure periods) shall have the same force and effect as a Default under the Lease. Should any inconsistency arise between this Workletter and the Lease as to the specific matters that are the subject of this Workletter, the terms and conditions of this Workletter shall control.
