Director Fees. During the term of this Agreement, Executive shall not be entitled to be paid any fees for attendance at meetings of the Board of Directors or any committee of the Board of Directors (or the board or committee of the board of any subsidiary).

Director Fees. The Executive shall not be entitled to any director's fee or other compensation as paid to other members of the Board of Directors of the Bank and/or Corporation or subsidiaries of either. The Executive also agrees to serve on any committee of the Board of Directors of the Bank and/or Corporation or subsidiary of either without any additional compensation or fees.

Director Fees. In further consideration for the Director’s, during the Directorship Term, the Director shall be paid $6,000 per quarter payable on the first business day of each quarter (or shortly thereafter based on the first subsequent payroll issuance that occurs in the ordinary course of business), with the first quarterly payment made upon complete execution of this Agreement (or shortly thereafter based on the first subsequent payroll issuance that occurs in the ordinary course of business) by wire transfer (or other means) to the account designated by the Director.
Director Fees. During the Service Period, the Company shall pay to the Director fees for his service as a director of $20,833.33 per month ($250,000 on an annual basis (the “Cash Compensation”)), payable in arrears on the last day of each month. Payment for any partial month during the Service Period shall be prorated. The Company and the Director acknowledge and agree that the Cash Compensation shall be for the Director’s service as a director.
