Insurance from Loan and Security Agreement

This LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (this Agreement) dated as of June 27, 2006, between SILICON VALLEY BANK, a California chartered bank, with its principal place of business at 3003 Tasman Drive, Santa Clara, California 95054 and with a loan production office located at 230 W. Monroe, Suite 720, Chicago, Illinois 60606 (FAX 312-704-1530) (Bank) and TELULAR CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, with offices at 647 N. Lakeview Parkway, Vernon Hills, Illinois (FAX 847-573-2011) (Borrower), provides the terms on which Bank shall lend to Borrower and Borrower shall repay Bank. The parties agree as follows:

Insurance. Borrower shall keep its business and the Collateral insured for risks and in amounts, and as Bank may reasonably request. Insurance policies shall be in a form, with companies, and in amounts that are reasonably satisfactory to Bank. All property policies shall have a lenders loss payable endorsement showing Bank as an additional loss payee and all liability policies shall show Bank as an additional insured and all policies shall provide that the insurer must give Bank at least twenty (20) days notice before canceling its policy. At Banks request, Borrower shall deliver certified copies of policies and evidence of all premium payments. Proceeds payable under any policy shall, at Banks option, be payable to Bank on account of the Obligations. If Borrower fails to obtain insurance as required under this Section or to pay any amount or furnish any required proof of payment to third persons and Bank, Bank may make all or part of such payment or obtain such insurance policies required in this Section and take any action under the policies Bank deems prudent.
