Changes to Services. The Parties acknowledge and agree that there will be changes to the scope of the Services during the Contract Period. The Customer may amend the Stories that are comprised within the Minimum Marketable Features of a Release at any time during the Release at no additional charge and without adopting the Change Control Procedure set out in Clause 28 above provided that: the Customer shall not be entitled to make any changes to the Stories that form the subject of a Sprint following the mutual agreement by the Parties of the Sprint Plan for that Sprint; new Stories and/or changes to existing Stories may only be introduced if: existing Stories with an equivalent number of Story Points are removed; or existing Stories are reduced in size by the equivalent number of Story Points, such that the total number of Story Points for the Release remains constant throughout the Release. The Supplier shall consider any request by the Customer to increase the number of Story Points for a Release, and may, subject to the Change Control Procedure set out at Clause 28, agree to such request.
Changes to Services. Any changes to the Services that are mutually agreed upon between the Town and the Contractor shall be made in a formal writing referencing this Agreement and, only upon execution by both Parties of such formal writing, shall become an amendment to the Services described in this Agreement. To be effective, any written change must be signed by the Contractor and by the Town or by a person expressly authorized in writing to sign on behalf of the Town. Changes to the Services or to this Agreement shall not be made through oral agreement or electronic mail messages.
Changes to Services. 3.1 If the Employer or the Training Provider wishes to change this Agreement or the Agreed Services, it may at any time request such change in accordance with the Change Procedure set out in Schedule 4.
Changes to Services. MyECheck may change (or add to) the terms and fees in the Service Documentation at any time upon 30 days prior written notification. If Company discontinues using the affected Service before the change becomes effective, it will not be bound by the change. If Company continues to use a Service after the change becomes effective, it will be bound by the change.

It is understood and agreed that Provider may from time to time modify or change the manner, nature, quality and/or standard of care of any Service provided to Recipient to the extent Provider is making a similar change in the performance of such services for the Provider and its Affiliates and provided that any such modification, change or enhancement will not reasonably be expected to materially affect such Service. Provider shall furnish to Recipient substantially the same notice (in content and timing), if any, as Provider furnishes to its own organization with respect to such modifications or changes.

Changes to Services. 30.1 It is likely that there will be changes to the scope of the Services during the Call-Off Contract period. Agile projects have a scope that will change over time. The detailed scope (eg as defined in user stories) can evolve and change during the Call-Off Contract Period. These changes do not require formal contract changes but do require the Buyer and Supplier to to agree these changes.
Changes to Services. We reserve the right to enhance, upgrade, improve, modify or discontinue features of our Services as we deem appropriate and in our discretion. We will not materially reduce the core functionality or discontinue any Services unless we provide you with prior written notice. We may offer additional functionality to our standard Services or premium feature improvements for an additional cost.

SurveyMonkey will provide Customer with prior written notice if SurveyMonkey makes a change to the Service(s) resulting in a material decrease in core functionality used by SurveyMonkey’s general customer base. In such event, the parties agree to work together to minimize the impact of such change to Customer.
