Interest On The Senior Notes; Payment Of Interest. (a) The Senior Notes shall bear interest at the rate of 8.875% per annum from August 18, 2000, except in the case of Senior Notes delivered pursuant to Sections 2.05 or 2.07 of the Indenture, which shall bear interest from the most recent Interest Payment Date to which interest has been paid or duly provided for, until the principal thereof is paid or made available for payment. Such interest shall be payable semiannually on February 15 and August 15 of each year, commencing February 15, 2001.

Interest On The Senior Notes; Payment Of Interest. The Senior Notes shall bear interest at the rate of 5.350% per annum from March 12, 2007, except in the case of Senior Notes delivered pursuant to Sections 2.05 or 2.07 of the Indenture, which shall bear interest from the most recent Interest Payment Date to which interest has been paid or duly provided for, until the principal thereof is paid or made available for payment. The interest so payable, and punctually paid or duly provided for, on any Interest Payment Date shall, as provided in the Indenture, be paid to the Person in whose name a Senior Note (or one or more Predecessor Securities) is registered at the close of business on the Regular Record Date for such interest, which shall be the March 1 or September 1 (whether or not a Business Day), as the case may be, next preceding such Interest Payment Date. Any such interest not so punctually paid or duly provided for shall forthwith cease to be payable to the Holder on such Regular Record Date and may either be paid to the Person in whose name the Senior Note (or one or more Predecessor Securities) is registered at the close of business on a Special Record Date for the payment of such Defaulted Interest to be fixed by the Trustee, notice whereof shall be given to Holders of the Senior Notes not less than 10 calendar days prior to such Special Record Date, or be paid at any time in any other lawful manner not inconsistent with the requirements of any securities exchange on which the Senior Notes may be listed, and upon such notice as may be required by such exchange, all as more fully provided in the Indenture. Subject, in the case of any Global Security, to any applicable requirements of the Depositary, payment of the principal of (and premium, if any) and any interest on the Senior Notes shall be made at the office or agency of the Company maintained for the purpose in New York, New York, in such coin or currency of the United States of America as at the time of payment is legal tender for payment of public and private debts; provided, however, that at the option of the Company payment of interest may be made by check mailed to the address of the Person entitled thereto as such address appears in the Security Register.

  • Rates and Payment of Interest on Loans (a) Rates. The Borrowers promise to pay to the Agent for the account of each Lender interest on the unpaid principal amount of each Loan made by such Lender for the period from and including the date of the making of such Loan to but excluding the date such Loan shall be paid in full, at the following per annum rates: (i) during such periods as such Loan is a Base Rate Loan, at the Base Rate (as in effect from time to time) plus the Applicable Margin (utilizing the applicable "Base Rate Margin" as identified in the definition of Applicable Margin, it being acknowledged that the Applicable Margin is a negative number, the addition of which will result in an interest rate applicable to Base Rate Loans which is lower than the corresponding Base Rate); (ii) during such periods as such Loan (other than a Competitive Advance) is a LIBOR Loan, at the Adjusted Eurodollar Rate for such Loan for the Interest Period therefor plus the Applicable Margin (utilizing the applicable "LIBOR Margin" as identified in the definition of Applicable Margin); and (iii) with respect to each Competitive Advance, at the margin over the Adjusted Eurodollar Rate determined pursuant to Section 2.3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, during the continuance of an Event of Default, the Borrowers shall pay to the Agent for the account of each Lender interest at the Post-Default Rate on the outstanding principal amount of any Loan made by such Lender, on all Reimbursement Obligations and on any other amount payable by the Borrowers hereunder or under the Notes held by such Lender to or for the account of such Lender (including without limitation, accrued but unpaid interest to the extent permitted under Applicable Law).   • Payment of Interest on the Credit Extensions (a) Interest Rate.

  • Payment of Interest The Borrower to which a Loan has been made shall pay accrued interest on that Loan on the last day of each Interest Period (and, if the Interest Period is longer than six Months, on the dates falling at six monthly intervals after the first day of the Interest Period).

  • Interest on Fixed Rate Notes Each Fixed Rate Note bears interest from (and including) the Interest Commencement Date at the rate(s) per annum equal to the Rate(s) of Interest. Interest will be payable in arrear on the Interest Payment Date(s) in each year up to (and including) the Maturity Date.
