Commencement of Deliveries. (a) Seller shall commence deliveries of coal hereunder pursuant to the first monthly Order of Keystone sent to Seller pursuant to Section 4.3 in order to meet the anticipated testing coal and stockpile needs and in order to meet the anticipated Preliminary Operation Date during the first calendar quarter of 1994. Seller shall subsequently commence deliveries of coal hereunder pursuant to the monthly Orders of Keystone sent to Seller pursuant to Section 4.3 in order to meet the anticipated Commercial Operation Date during the last calendar quarter of 1994. Keystone agrees to provide notices to Seller at least quarterly beginning as of the first day of the first calendar quarter beginning after the Financial Closing Date, as to the status of the construction of the Facility and promptly to provide notices to Seller of the estimated specific dates of, and any changes in, either the anticipated Preliminary Operation Date or the anticipated Commercial Operation Date. Keystone shall notify Seller of the Preliminary Operation Date and the Commercial Operation Date immediately upon the determinations of such dates.
Commencement of Deliveries. In accordance with the procedure set forth in this Section 7.2, FLNG shall notify Customer of the date on which Services for Customer will commence at the Freeport Facility (the final date so notified being the “Commercial Start Date”). The Commercial Start Date shall be a date within the period from April 1, 2007 to March 31, 2008 (such period being the “First Window Period”). The First Window Period shall be narrowed pursuant to the following provisions:
Commencement of Deliveries. The Supply of Contract Coal shall commence on [date] or such date that the Parties may agree to in writing ("the Commencement Date") in accordance with clause 12 of the Standard Terms and Conditions of Coal Supply.

The Commercial Start Date shall be a date within the period that (a) commences on February 1, 2009 and (b) ends on July 1, 2009 (such period being the “First Window Period”). The First Window Period shall be narrowed pursuant to the following provisions:

Deliveries of Coal shall commence on March 1, 2001, (“Commencement Date”) and end on the Expiration Date. “Contract Year” shall mean a 12-Month period commencing on the Commencement Date and ending on the date one year thereafter, and each subsequent 12-Month period until the Expiration Date.

In accordance with the procedure set forth in this Section 6.2, SABINE shall notify Customer of the date on which Services for Customer will commence at the Sabine Pass Facility (the final date so notified being the “Commercial Start Date”). The Commercial Start Date shall be a date within the period that (a) commences on the third anniversary of the date of issuance by FERC of the order granting authorization under Section 3(a) of the Natural Gas Act for SABINE to carry out the construction of the Sabine Pass Facility (such approval date being the “FERC Approval Date”); and (b) ends eighteen (18) months after such anniversary date (such period being the “First Window Period”). The First Window Period shall be narrowed pursuant to the following provisions:
Commencement of Deliveries. Deliveries of gas by Boundary to the Repurchasers hereunder shall commence on the date which TransCanada commences deliveries to Boundary pursuant to the Purchase Contract.

ICL agrees to provide reports to Seller (and such related information as Seller may reasonably request) at least quarterly beginning as of January 1, 1993 as to the status of the construction of the Facility and promptly to provide notices to Seller of any changes in the now anticipated Preliminary Operations Date of June 1, 1995 or the anticipated Commercial Operations Date of December 1, 1995.
