Continuing Effect. Except as contemplated hereby, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.

Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, at the end of the Term or otherwise, the provisions of Sections 6(e), 7, 8, 9, 10, 12 15, 18, 19, and 22 shall remain in full force and effect and the provisions of Section 9 shall be binding upon the legal representatives, successors and assigns of the Executive.
Continuing Effect. Except as contemplated hereby, the Purchase Agreements shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.
