Consideration Period and Revocations. Executive acknowledges that he was advised by Company that Executive could consider the offer for twenty-one days after receipt of the Agreement. This Agreement shall not become final and binding upon Executive until the eighth calendar day following Executive’s execution of this Agreement (the “Release Effective Date”). Executive agrees that if he executes this Agreement prior to the Separation Date, that he will sign, on the Separation Date, the Supplemental Release attached hereto as Exhibit C as to the release of any and all age discrimination claims through the Separation Date. The Supplemental Release shall not become final and binding upon Executive until the eighth calendar day following Executive’s execution of the Supplemental Release (the “Supplemental Release Effective Date”).

Consideration Period and Revocations. Employee acknowledges that Employee was first given a copy of this Agreement on December 16, 2008 (the “Offer Date”) and that Employee was advised by Company that Employee could consider the offer for at least twenty-one days from the Offer Date (“Review Period”). This Agreement shall not become final and binding upon Employee until the eighth calendar day following Employee’s execution of this Agreement (the “ Release Effective Date”). During said seven-day period, Employee may revoke this Agreement by giving written notice to Xxxxxx X. XxXxxxxx, Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, SAVVIS, Inc., Xxx XXXXXX Xxxxxxx, Xxxx & Xxxxxxx, XX 00000. The Company shall be deemed to have revoked its offer contained in this Agreement if Employee does not execute and deliver the Agreement on or prior to the end of the Review Period. Employee shall forfeit all rights to payments under this Agreement unless such Release is signed and delivered on or prior to the end of the Review Period, if applicable, lapses without the Release being revoked.

  • Consideration Period You have 21 days from the date this Separation Agreement is given to you to consider this Separation Agreement before signing it. You may use as much or as little of this 21-day period as you wish before signing. Employee acknowledges and agrees that, in the event that Employee revokes this Release, Employee will have no right to receive any benefits hereunder, including the Benefits. Employee represents that Employee has read this Release and understands its terms and enters into this Release freely, voluntarily and without coercion.

  • CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWAL The Contract is effective on the signature date of the latter of the Parties to sign this agreement and terminates on March 15, 2021, unless renewed, extended, or terminated pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Contract. The Parties may extend this Contract subject to mutually agreeable terms and conditions.

  • Revocation Period Executive has the right to revoke this Agreement for up to seven days after he signs it. As soon as practicable after any termination of such appointment, the Servicer shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, the Receivable Files and the related accounts and records maintained by the Servicer to the Indenture Trustee, the Indenture Trustee’s agent or the Indenture Trustee’s designee, as the case may be, at such place as the Indenture Trustee may reasonably designate or, if the Notes have been paid in full, at such place as the Owner Trustee may reasonably designate.
