Lease of Premises. Landlord hereby demises and leases to Tenant for the Term of this Lease and upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, and Tenant hereby accepts from Landlord, the Premises.
Lease of Premises. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord the Premises for the Term and upon the terms, covenants and conditions provided in this Lease.
Lease of Premises. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Landlord hereby leases to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord, the Premises during the Term.
Lease of Premises. In consideration of the Rent (as defined at Section 5.4) and the provisions of this Lease, Landlord leases to Tenant and Tenant leases from Landlord the Premises shown by diagonal lines on the floor plan attached hereto as Exhibit "A," and further described at Section 21. The Premises are located within the Building and Project described in Section 2m. Tenant shall have the non-exclusive right (unless otherwise provided herein) in common with Landlord, other tenants, subtenants and invitees, to use of the Common Areas (as defined at Section 2e).
Lease of Premises. Upon and subject to all of the terms and conditions hereof, Landlord hereby leases the Premises to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases the Premises from Landlord. The portions of the Project which are for the non-exclusive use of tenants of the Project are collectively referred to herein as the “Common Areas.” Landlord reserves the right to modify Common Areas, provided that such modifications do not materially adversely affect Tenant’s use of the Premises for the Permitted Use.
Lease of Premises. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord the Leased Premises, under the terms and conditions herein, together with a non-exclusive right, in common with others, to use the following (collectively, the “Common Areas”): the areas of the Building and the underlying land and improvements thereto that are designed for use in common by all tenants of the Building and their respective employees, agents, customers, invitees and others.
Lease of Premises. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord the Premises for the Term and upon the terms, covenants and conditions provided in this Lease. In the event Landlord delivers possession of the Premises to Tenant prior to the Commencement Date, Tenant shall be subject to all of the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease (except with respect to the payment of Rent) as of the date of such possession.
Lease of Premises. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord, subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth herein, those certain premises (the “Premises”) described in Item 3 of the Basic Lease Provisions and as shown in the drawing attached hereto as Exhibit A-1. The Premises are located in the Building described in Item 2 of the Basic Lease Provisions. The Building is located on that certain land (the “Land”) more particularly described on Exhibit A-2 attached hereto, which is also improved with landscaping, parking facilities and other improvements, fixtures and common areas and appurtenances now or hereafter placed, constructed or erected on the Land (sometimes referred to herein as the “Project”).
Lease of Premises. In consideration of the Rent and the provisions of this Lease, Landlord leases to Tenant and Tenant leases from Landlord the Premises. In addition, Tenant shall have the non-exclusive right (unless otherwise provided herein) in common with Landlord, other tenants, subtenants, and invitees to use the Common Areas.

From and after the Commencement Date through the expiration of the Term, Tenant shall have access to the Building and the Premises 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the case of emergencies, as the result of Legal Requirements, the performance by Landlord of any installation, maintenance or repairs, or any other temporary interruptions, and otherwise subject to the terms of this Lease.
