Enforceability in Jurisdictions. The Company and Executive intend to and do hereby confer jurisdiction to enforce the Restrictive Covenants upon the courts of any jurisdiction within the geographical scope of such covenants. If the courts of any one or more of such jurisdictions hold the Restrictive Covenants wholly unenforceable by reason of the breadth of such scope or otherwise, it is the intention of the Company and Executive that such determination not bar or in any way affect the right of the Company to the relief provided above in the courts of any other jurisdiction within the geographical scope of such covenants, as to breaches of such covenants in such other respective jurisdictions, such covenants as they relate to each jurisdiction being, for this purpose, severable into diverse and independent covenants.

The parties intend to and hereby confer jurisdiction to enforce the Restrictive Covenants upon the courts of any jurisdiction within the geographical scope of such Restrictive Covenants. If the courts of any one or more of such jurisdictions hold the Restrictive Covenants wholly invalid or unenforceable by reason of the breadth of such scope or otherwise, it is the intention of the parties that such determination not bar or in any way affect the Company’s right to the relief provided above in the courts of any other jurisdiction within the geographical scope of such Restrictive Covenants, as to breaches of such Restrictive Covenants in such other respective jurisdictions, such Restrictive Covenants as they relate to each jurisdiction being, for this purpose, severable into diverse and independent covenants.

Executive intends to and hereby confers jurisdiction to enforce the Restrictive Covenants upon the courts of any jurisdiction within the geographic scope of such covenants. If the courts of any one or more of such jurisdictions hold the Restrictive Covenants unenforceable by reason of the breadth of such scope or otherwise, it is the intention of Executive that such determination not bar or in any way affect the right of the Company or its subsidiaries, affiliates, strategic partners, successors or assigns to the relief provided herein in the courts of any other jurisdiction within the geographic scope of such covenants, as to breaches of such covenants in such other respective jurisdictions, such covenants as they relate to each jurisdiction being, for this purpose, severable into diverse and independent covenants.
Enforceability in Jurisdictions. The parties intend to and hereby confer jurisdiction to enforce the Restrictive Covenants and the other provision of this Section 8 upon the courts of any jurisdiction within the geographical scope of such Restrictive Covenants or other provisions, as the case may be. If the courts of any one or more of such jurisdictions hold the Restrictive covenants or other provisions, as the case may be, wholly invalid or unenforceable by reason of the breadth or scope or otherwise, it is the intention of the parties that such determination not bar or in any way affect the Employer's right to the relief provided above in the courts of any other jurisdiction within the geographical scope of such Restrictive Covenant or other provisions, as the case may be, as they relate to each jurisdiction being, for this purpose, severable into diverse and independent covenants.
Enforceability in Jurisdictions. The parties intend to and hereby do limit jurisdiction to enforce the Restrictive Covenants upon the courts of the jurisdiction of the Employee's last principal place of business under this Agreement and the sites of the alleged breach of the Restrictive Covenants.
Enforceability in Jurisdictions. The Buyer and the Sellers intend to and hereby confer jurisdiction to enforce the Restrictive Covenants upon the courts of any jurisdiction within the geographical scope of the Restrictive Covenants. If the courts of any one or more of such jurisdictions hold the Restrictive Covenants unenforceable by reason of the breadth of such scope or otherwise, it is the intention of the Buyer and the Sellers that such determination not bar or in any way affect the Buyer's or the Company's right to the relief provided above in the courts of any other jurisdiction within the geographical scope of the Restrictive Covenants, as to breaches of the Restrictive Covenants in such other respective jurisdictions, the Restrictive Covenants as they relate to each jurisdiction being, for this purpose, severable into diverse and independent covenants.
Enforceability in Jurisdictions. The parties hereto intend to and hereby confer jurisdiction to enforce the covenants contained in Sections 5.1 and 5.2 upon federal or state courts or the courts of any foreign jurisdiction within the geographical scope of such covenants. In the event that the courts of any one or more of such state, federal or foreign jurisdictions shall hold such covenants wholly unenforceable by reason of the breadth of such scope or otherwise, it is the intention of the parties hereto that such determination not bar or in any way affect the Company's right to the relief provided above in the courts of any other state, federal or foreign jurisdictions within the geographical scope of such covenants, as to breaches of such covenants in such other respective jurisdictions, the above covenants as they relate to each state and foreign country being for this purpose, severable into diverse and independent covenants.
Enforceability in Jurisdictions. The parties hereto intend to and hereby confer jurisdiction to enforce the covenants contained in SECTIONS 6 and 7 above upon the courts of any state within the geographical scope of such covenants. If the courts of any one or more of such states shall hold any of the previous covenants unenforceable by reason of the breadth of such scope or otherwise, it is the intention of the parties hereto that such determination not bar or in any way affect the Company’s rights to the relief provided above in the courts of any other states within the geographical scope of such covenants, as to breaches of such covenants in such other respective jurisdictions, the above covenants as they relate to each state being, for this purpose, severable into diverse and independent covenants.
