Bonus Deferral Election definition

Bonus Deferral Election means an election made pursuant to Section 4.4(b) of the Plan.
Bonus Deferral Election means an election form provided by the Plan Administrator on which an Eligible Executive may elect to defer a portion of such executive's Annual Bonus.
Bonus Deferral Election means an agreement between a Participant and the Company under which the Participant agrees to defer all or a portion of his or her Bonus.

  • The Bonus Deferral Election and/or Performance-Based Compensation Deferral Election must be filed with the Committee during the applicable Open Enrollment Period.

  • Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, a Participant’s Performance-Based Bonus Deferral Election under this subsection must be made not later than six months (or such earlier date as determined by the Administrator) prior to the end of the performance period.

  • An Eligible Employee may elect to defer some or all of his or her Bonus by submitting a Bonus Deferral Election to the Administrator prior to the date that is six months before the end of the performance period and in no event later than the date the Bonus has become readily ascertainable.

  • Once made, a Bonus Deferral Election (including any election regarding time and form of payment) will continue to apply for subsequent Deferral Periods unless (i) the Eligible Employee submits a new Bonus Deferral Election during a subsequent enrollment period changing the deferral amount or revoking the existing election, or (ii) the Participant is not an Eligible Employee on the last day of a subsequent enrollment period.


More Definitions of Bonus Deferral Election

Bonus Deferral Election means an election to defer an Annual Bonus as provided in Section 3.2.
Bonus Deferral Election means the Participant’s annual irrevocable written election, made in accordance with Section 3.1 on the form provided by the Plan Administrator, to defer the receipt of a stipulated amount of Bonus. Amounts so deferred are called “Deferrals.”
